For many talented young people, having the golden opportunity to pursue their artistic passion is just the thing that changes their lives forever.  It is also a statistical fact that children who participate in performing arts perform better in school and develop leadership skills.  For all of these reasons, Step One Dance located in the historic town of Eatonville, Florida is more than just another dance class. We are a non-profit organization of dance training and performance committed to the growth of our young people. 

The students and families served by our program come to us from Eatonville and from  across Central Florida.  Through the discipline of dance, Step One Dance prepares our children to excel in everyday life. Our performance repertoire connects our students with their heritage and inspires them to discover who they are as creative, expressive young people. We recognize that each child is uniquely endowed with creative gifts. We build their confidence and a spirit to dance.
